Lines Store Burning

Big fire in Pima on Easter Sunday, April 14, 1914. The Lines Store started on fire about noon, origin unknown. There was no fire department in Pima, so the Safford Fire Department was called. The truck arrived but could do nothing because there were no fire hydrants. The stock and fixtures were all lost. Two adjacent building were also lost in the fire.
